📚 StudyOS CBSE Class 5–12 AI Tutor

Free is Real. Here is Why We Also Have a Premium Version.

By StudyOS · 2026-05-29

When we launched StudyOS, the most common question we got was — is it actually free, or is there a catch?

It is a fair question to ask.

So let me just tell you exactly how it works.

Every time a student opens a chapter, our AI builds a full study kit — mind map, flashcards, 10 MCQs, chapter notes, important questions. That takes real compute, and we pay for it on every single request. The free version gives you all of that, for every chapter, across Class 5 to 12. No trial period. No expiry. That is not changing.

Premium exists for students who want to go further.

For Class 10 and Class 12, that means 20 MCQs graded the way CBSE board papers are actually structured — Easy, Medium, Hard, HOTS. Plus Assertion-Reason questions, Case-Based Questions, and important board questions with answer hints. The difference between knowing a chapter and being ready to be tested on it in a board exam.

For Class 5 through 9 and Class 11, it means more practice depth — stronger foundations, better school exam scores, and preparation that actually carries forward into the board exam years.

Now about the price.

₹499 for a full year. We spent a long time on this number. We wanted it to be the kind of amount where a parent does not need to think twice. One plate of Malai Kofta or Biryani at a decent restaurant. That is what a full year of premium costs. No auto-renewal, ever — you pay once and it is yours for the year.

Because good study tools should not be a luxury. Whether you are in a metro with every resource available, or in a small town figuring it out on your own — the price should never be the reason a student cannot prepare well.

If premium is useful for your child, we would love to have you. If the free version is enough, that is genuinely okay too.

Either way, we are glad you are here.
