Class 12 sample papers are even harder to find well-made than Class 10's — most sites cover Physics and Chemistry because that's where the traffic is, and leave Commerce and Humanities students with almost nothing. Here's what a sample paper actually needs to help, and where to find full board-pattern papers across all three streams.

What a sample paper needs to actually help

• Matches the current board pattern — Sections A through E, mixing MCQs, short answer, and long answer, in the same proportions the real paper uses.
• Comes with full solutions, not just answer keys — "the answer is (C)" tells you nothing if you got it wrong. You need the working, so you can see exactly where your method broke down.
• Covers every stream properly — a Commerce or Humanities student shouldn't have to make do with half a Science site's leftover content.

How to actually use a sample paper

1. Time yourself. Set the actual board duration and sit the paper in one go. Half the value is finding out what you can do under time pressure.
2. Mark it against the solution, not the answer key. For anything you got wrong, read the full working to see exactly which step you missed.
3. Go back to the specific chapter, not the whole subject. If you dropped marks on Electrostatics, revise Electrostatics — don't re-read the entire Physics syllabus because of one weak paper.
4. Do more than one. A single paper tells you about that paper. Three or four papers, a few days apart, tell you about your actual exam readiness — this matters even more in Class 12, where the result follows you into admissions.
